Rates and information:

WEEKEND-Accommodations & Event: Includes occupancy by up to 6 guests from Thursday at noon until Sunday at noon (we can be flexible on exact times) and the use of the house and grounds for one or more special events, for example- a ceremony and a reception. You may also substitute Friday-Monday for Thurs.-Sunday.
Price: $2,500.00

WEEKEND- ACCOMMODATIONS ONLY:

Includes the same thing as above except no special events are allowed. Up to 6 Guests may use the house and grounds for accomodations only.
PRICE: $1,500.00

EXTRA NIGHTS: Enjoying your stay so much that you don't want to leave? You may add extra nights to the above packages for $500 per night.

WEDDING TOO BIG FOR US? The Sanchez House is also a great place to have the bride or groom's family stay for the weekend, should you have the ceremony and/or reception at another site. How wonderful to have everyone staying together in a place that provides an intimate social experience.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the date of booking, and a $1,000 refundable deposit must be paid via certified funds at the time of check-in. This deposit is returned at the time of check out provided that the premises are returned in a thoroughly cleaned condition and no damage has occurred.

If you are serving alcoholic beverages at an event at our venue you must purchase a wedding liability policy with liquor liability. Wedsafe (www.wedsafe.com) offers acceptable policies for $195.00.
