You may click the button below to submit payment online using PayPal.  We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment.  When you select this option you will see that payment is being made to Bartlett & Deal Title Services, LLC.  This is a company that we own and use for the PayPal payments.  The PayOnline feature is not available for the Security Deposit, which must be paid via cashier's or certified check at the time of check-in.  Details are provided on your rental contract.  PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENTS FOR DATE RESERVATIONS/BOOKINGS DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE AND THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED.
